Mr. Miller has spent over 20 years representing people accused of crimes. He was appointed District Attorney of District 18 of the State of Oklahoma by two different Governors and served in 2002 and again from 2006 until 2011. His extensive experience in criminal trials, investigation and review of law enforcement reports and contacts with law enforcement agencies within the State and at the Federal level provides the client with a unique and invaluable benefit. Mr. Miller has tried cases involving virtually every type of criminal offense including capital murder, sex offenses, theft crimes and others.

Mr. Miller was also a legal analyst for FoxNews during the Terry Nichols Oklahoma City Bombing trial which occurred in 2004. He was frequently asked to assist the viewing public to understand the proceedings as they unfolded during the several months of trial.

Extensive Civil Experience

After working for large prestigious firms during and after law school, Mr. Miller opened his private civil practice in 1991. Between 1991 and 2002 Mr. Miller represented many clients in civil matters to successful conclusions and obtaining large settlement awards for his clients.
